blue Monday

Have you ever heard of the blue Monday? This is what wikipedia says about it:

Sounds about right… Especially after last night’s storm managed to bend and break our lovely trampoline :-/

When depression looms I find it helps to focus on the things one is grateful for. Count them. List them. Recite them. You’ll see there are plenty! For instance: we’re heading to brighter days and summer is ahead!
